Oftentimes, those of us with a few pounds we'd like to shed, feed ourselves because we think we are hungry, when in reality we are thirsty.
How can you tell if you are hungry or thirsty?
Touch the area where you are experiencing the sensation.
Stomach? (hunger pains, growly tummy, etc) Hunger.
Mouth? Thirst.
It works every time. I swear. Try it.

i have been SOOO using this to remarkable rehydrating effects.
though, i must admit that i head for the kitchen when bored/avoiding some task...so it's been esp. useful to just get water and get thee back out.
